Why do I have zero entries in my data?

It is likely that the CSV file you download contains rows with exposure and other measures equal to zero. This is intended. The CSV outputs always include all earnings calls held during the time period specified in the search form. The reason for including all earnings calls is that it facilitates merging across searches or calculating aggregate statistics, such as the average number of sentences per earnings call.
