How is capitalization handled?

Whether capitalization is respected depends on the tool:

• Keyword Tool: Capitalization is respected by default. This can be turned off in the Keyword Tool's search settings.

• Risk Tool: Capitalization is ignored by default. Please enclose a keyword with quotation marks if capitalization should be respected.
