Manage searches
Use search history to review, organize, refresh, download, and refine searches you have already run.
Find a search
Filter prior searches by search name. Where supported, include query text in the filter when you need to find a search by its terms rather than its name.
You can also restrict the view to favorite searches where favorites are available.
Use search actions
The actions menu for a search can include:
- Details: review the search definition, options, metadata, and available outputs.
- Firm-level CSV: download the call-level search output directly.
- Refresh search: rerun the same search parameters against the latest available data.
- Merge search with: combine the search with another search using
AND,OR, orAND NOT.
Use Refine or merge searches when a query needs to be narrowed, widened, or combined with another concept.
Retention
Risk Tool search results are retained for 90 days. Search inputs remain available after that.
If a search is older than 90 days, rerun it before using the Snippet Tool to inspect matched sentences.
Collaboration caveat
Search history can support collaboration where enabled. Do not rely on search history visibility, saved searches, or share links as a complete replication package.
For reproducible work, keep exported files, query metadata, and downstream analysis notes together.
