My Datasets

An initial search creates a dataset. My Datasets lists the durable objects you can reopen and act on.

Find a dataset

Filter prior datasets by name, query text where supported, or favorite status. Rename a dataset when its current name no longer distinguishes it from related versions.

Mark a dataset as a favorite when you need to return to it frequently.

Dataset actions

Opening a dataset shows its query, settings, results, and available actions:

• Download the available CSV cuts. See Export a research panel for the files and columns.
• Export the query and dataset settings as JSON for the reproducibility record.
• Refresh the dataset with the most recent available earnings calls. Refresh updates the same dataset and counts as one search.
• Edit the query and rerun it. This creates a new dataset and counts as one search.
• Combine it with another dataset using AND, OR, or AND NOT. This creates a new dataset and counts as one search.
• Compare it with another dataset by net difference, absolute difference, ratio, or percent difference. This creates a new dataset and counts as one search.
• Copy a share link where sharing is enabled.
• Delete the dataset. Deletion is permanent, so export anything you need first.

Retention

Generated dataset results are retained for 90 days. The durable dataset definition remains available after that.

Refresh an older dataset before inspecting its matched sentences again. The refresh updates the same dataset and counts as one search.

Collaboration caveat

A share link is a convenience for collaborators, not a replication package. Do not rely on dataset visibility, saved datasets, or share links to preserve research.
