Reopen saved datasets, update them as new transcripts arrive, or edit a query to run a new version.
Find and reopen a dataset
Open My Library to browse your saved work. You can search by name, filter to Favorites using the star icon, or use Actions → Rename on a dataset page to keep related versions distinct.
Refresh or edit
When you want to update a dataset or build on an earlier query, choose between refreshing the existing dataset in place and running a new one:

Both actions count as one search against your plan limits. Because refreshing overwrites the dataset's current outputs, download your files first if you need to keep the earlier vintage.
Generated result files remain available for 90 days, while the saved query and settings stay in your library indefinitely. After results expire, use Use as template to prefill a new search from the saved definition.
To merge or compare two existing datasets, select Actions → Combine searches and choose Merge or Comparison (see Combine and compare). Refreshing a combined or comparison dataset rebuilds it from the current saved parent datasets, so refresh the parent datasets first if you want new earnings calls included.
Update a legacy search
If your account uses updated search (beta), datasets you created with the previous engine display a Legacy search badge. Those datasets still open, refresh, and download under their original rules.
To re-run a legacy dataset under the updated rules, choose Actions → Create updated copy. Review the prefilled settings and live query preview, then select Run as new search to create a new dataset alongside the original. Because updated matching rules can change which sentences match, compare the new results against the original before replacing it in your workflow.
Datasets that use per-term downloads or word-count scoring cannot be converted to an updated copy; they keep Edit & rerun (or Use as template once expired) so you can still copy them under the standard rules.
Share or delete
Use Copy link above the charts to share the current dataset view with collaborators, and distribute exported files alongside your research record.
To remove a dataset permanently, export any files you need to keep and select Actions → Delete search.
