  • The page, tool, search, or export you were using.
  • The steps you took.
  • What happened.
  • What you expected to happen instead.
  • A screenshot, if it helps show what you are seeing.

Do not send API keys, passwords, confidential customer data, or other sensitive information in support screenshots.
